The settings section contains global role settings, such as the ability to close calls for past dates/ maximum coordinate accuracy/ standard duration of calls, and many others.
When the user goes to the section, the user will see a list of roles on the left and a list of settings that can be configured for that role on the right.
If the user does not select a role in the list on the left, the settings that are standard for all roles are displayed.
If you click on the Role name, the list of available settings for the selected role will be displayed on the right. Under the role name, you will see the possibility to "Edit role" and "Copy settings from another role".
- If the user clicks on Edit Role, the user will be able to change the role name and role code.
-
If the user clicks Copy settings from another role, a window will open in which the user can specify the role to which the settings will be copied from the drop-down list.
The general list of settings will be available on the right.
At the top, there is a search field to find a specific setting.
Also on the top, there is information about the current version of the Flutter application and the web version by clicking on the "System versions" button.
In the very right corner, there is also an option to display only enabled settings.
The list of settings includes:
- Settings name - the name of the setting from the database
- Description - under the setting, there is a brief description of the setting.
-
Switch - if the setting is active, the switch will be in the active position. If the setting is disabled - the switch is in the disabled position.
Also, under some settings will be displayed a field with the possibility of input. For example, standard call length - the possibility to enter numbers. Or Link to pharmexplorer - a field with an opportunity to specify a link.
