IQVIA OneKey is a service designed to store and exchange data at the database level. The system will transmit and receive information about medical institutions and doctors when connected through the CRM integration section.
Enter your login and password, then click “Log In.”
In the window that opens, select the Admin Tool service.
Go to the Integrations section, and select the IQVIA tab.
After opening the service, the option to add an account for connecting to IQVIA servers will be displayed.
In the opened window, you need to:
- Specify the address provided by IQVIA. By default, the address is: secure-transfer-ftp.solutions.iqvia.com
- Specify the port provided by IQVIA. By default, the port is: 22
- Enter the IQVIA username.
- Enter the IQVIA user password.
- Enter the IQVIA client ID.
- Enable the switch to confirm the existence of a tripartite agreement with the IQVIA database.
- Click the “Connect and Save” button.
After entering all the data, the connection window will be displayed.
After a successful connection, a window with all the pre-configured fields will appear, with the option to modify the authorization data.
