Client types

This dataset is located in the left column, in the Clients section. This dataset contains information on all available types of clients.

When the dataset is opened, a table with the following columns will appear:

Id - this is the display of the client type ID in the database. When a new row is added, this value will be generated automatically and there is no need to edit it further. The value may be useful, for example, when submitting a request to technical support.

Name - the name of the client type.

Detailed description

In some companies, there may be a setting that categorization of clients can only occur by certain types of clients. For example, to the client type Specialist Doctor, categories will be attached, and the employee will be able to select them, whereas for the client type Pharmacist, categories will not be available.

The name of the client type is displayed on the employee's device when adding a new client, or when modifying an already existing client. To select a client type, one needs to open the client, press change, and select the necessary value in the client type line:

In the newly opened window, the user can choose the necessary client type from the list.

 
 

External key – in this column, the external key will be displayed. This can be used to link the row with external data.

Modified – displays the date of the last modification of the row. The time is displayed in Greenwich Mean Time (UTC 0).
 

To add a new client type, you need to click on the + Add icon in the upper right corner. After clicking, a window will open where you can fill in the following fields:

Id – the field is not editable, it is automatically added when saving a new client type.

Name – a mandatory field to fill out. It is necessary to specify the name of the client type.

External key - an optional field, you can enter an external key for the row.

Modified – a non-editable field, set automatically after modification or addition of a row.

After entering all necessary fields, you can click Save to save the data, click Save and add more to save the data and open a new window for filling, or Cancel if the data does not need to be saved.
