Linking call types with company types

This dataset is located in the left column, under the calls section. Linkages between types of calls and types of companies are necessary so that employees can conduct specific types of calls at specific types of companies.

Detailed Description

The most commonly found linkages in companies are between the call type "HCP call" and hospital companies. In this case, the call type "HCP call" is added along with all types of companies that are hospitals. After creating such a linkage, when an employee selects a hospital company on their tablet, the "HCP call" call type will be available, but the "Pharmacy" call type will not be present. In the screenshot below, a call is selected where a hospital company is specified. As we can see, there is no "Pharmacy" call type in the list:

The same can be done for pharmacy companies. In the screenshot below, a call is selected where a pharmacy company is specified. As we can see, there is no "HCP call" call type in the list:

From the information in the screenshots above, we can conclude that the call type “Double call” links to all types of companies, as they appear regardless of the type of company in the call.

 
 

Upon opening the Dataset, a table will appear with the following columns:

Id - displays the ID of the linkage in the database. When adding a new row, this value is generated automatically and there is no need to edit it later. This value may be useful, for example, when submitting a request to technical support.

Company type - selected company type.

Call type - selected call type.

Modified - displays the date of the last row change. The time is displayed in Greenwich Mean Time (UTC 0).
 

To add a new linkage, click on the + Add icon in the upper right corner. After clicking, a window will open where you can fill in the following fields:

Id – this field is not editable, it will automatically be added when saving the new call type.

Company type - a mandatory field, dropdown list. Only those company types that have already been added in the corresponding dataset can be selected.

Call type - a mandatory field, dropdown list. Only those call types that have already been added in the corresponding dataset can be selected.

Modified – a non-editable field, automatically set after a change or addition of a row.

After entering all necessary fields, you can click Save to save the data, click Save and Add More to save the data and open a new window for filling, or Cancel if the data does not need to be saved.
