Tools for Interacting with Calls

The Schedule section contains the following functional elements:

  • In the upper-left part of the section, there's an option to view information by day or week. Click the button to switch between "Day" or "Week" modes. When choosing a day, the user can see the schedule for only one day, and when selecting a week, the full schedule for the week is displayed.

  • Next to the previous button is a switch between days or weeks (the selected day/week is indicated in the middle, with arrows on the left and right of the date for date adjustment).
  • The ability to switch to other profiles to view the activity of subordinates (if any). It looks like two people. Click on it to select a subordinate.
  • Next is the option to go to the current date. It looks like the current date is on the calendar. This button opens the schedule for the current day or week, depending on the selected day or week position.
  • The rightmost button is the option to copy, move, or delete calls and tasks. It looks like four squares. This function is available in any Day or Week viewing mode. By clicking on this button, the user can select one or several calls/tasks by marking desired activities. The user can also select the entire day by clicking the button with three lines in the upper right corner.

After selecting activities, additional buttons will appear:

  • In the upper-left corner is the "Copy" button. Copy the selected calls/tasks to the desired date (copying is only possible to the current and future dates, in any call/task state). The copied activities will be in the "Planned" state regardless of the state of the original activities.
  • Next is the "Move" button. Moves the selected calls/tasks to the desired date (moving is only possible to the current and future dates, only for activities in the "Planned" state).
  • Then comes the "Delete" button. Deletes the selected calls/tasks (you can only delete activities that are in the "Planned" state).

After clicking the "Move" or "Copy" button, a window with a calendar will open, where you need to select the date to which you want to move/copy the selected activities. After clicking the OK button, tasks/calls will be displayed on the new date.

Please note that when copying information from the Week preview mode, the activity can only be copied to the corresponding day of the future week (for example, an activity displayed on Monday can only be copied to Monday).
