Instant messages

The Instant Messaging service is designed to send push notifications through the Proxima CRM app to a specific list of users. If available, the corresponding tile will appear in the main menu of the web version of the app.

Enter your login and password, then click the "Log In" button.
Next, in the window that opens, select the Instant Messages service.

After opening the service, the option to create a new message will be displayed.

 

In this section, you can:

  • Enter the Title and Message Text. This information can be sent in a translated version, depending on the recipient's language.
  • Set the message type from a dropdown list. The available list of types will vary depending on the system settings.
  • Enable the switch if you need to track whether the message has been read by the recipient.
  • Filter recipients by direction and sub-direction, position, and work region.
  • Filter recipients by name, select all, or only your subordinates. The message will only be sent to users marked with a "checkmark."

You also have the option to view information based on the user's language, which is set in the user's profile.

In the localization window, you will see:

  • The original message text that will be sent to the employee.
  • All subsequent translations, depending on the language. Please note, if a translation is not provided, the original message text will be sent to the user.

You also have the option to view the history of sent messages.

In the opened window, the following columns will be available:

  • Date and time of message sent
  • Message type
  • Message title
  • Preview of the message text

Each of these columns can be filtered, and clicking on a row will open detailed information about the selected message's delivery.
