Responsible

Responsibility is a list of clients (doctors) or companies (pharmacies), which is assigned to a certain user. Often such cards as hospital facilities and pharmacists are not assigned to a responsibility, but this can be changed by company settings. 

The user can view his/her responsibility database on the device by going to the appropriate section (clients/institutions) and applying the filter Only my customers/HCO’s. The filter will be displayed with a blue line at the top, and the total number of records in the liability will be displayed next to the search bar.

The users can add or remove themselves from the responsibility, but this can be changed by the company settings. 

  • To add a card to the responsibility user should open the client/company card, select the Responsible tab from the top, and click the Add button.
  • To remove a card from responsibility user should open the card that interests him, open the Responsible tab, and next to his name click on the basket icon. After that, the card will stop being assigned to the specified employee.


The user should also note that sometimes there may be cards in the responsibility that are in the archive. The responsibility is not automatically deleted from the card if the card is moved to the archive. At the same time, sometimes the management can view the user's responsibility for the entire database, including the archive.
