Reasons for archiving companies

This dataset is located in the left column, under the Companies section. It is used for marking companies that are no longer active, allowing a user or the database verification department to archive a company by marking the reason for archiving listed in this dataset.

Upon opening the dataset, a table with the following columns will appear:

Id - Displays the ID of the archiving reason in the database. When a new row is added, this value is generated automatically and does not need to be edited further. This value may be useful, for example, when submitting a request to technical support.

Name - The name of the archiving reason.

Detailed Description

Companies that are no longer active cannot be deleted from our database. Instead, they are archived by specifying the reason for archiving from this dataset. The name of the archiving reason is displayed on the employee's device when modifying a previously created company.
To select an archiving reason, one must open the company, click modify, and select the necessary value in the archiving reason line.

In the newly opened window, the user can choose the necessary archiving reason.

After selecting an archiving reason, the company will disappear from the active list and will only be displayed in the list when selecting the filter HCO's in the archive.

Language - Displays the language of the archiving reason. This means that only those employees whose employee card specifies this language will see this archiving reason.

Detailed Description

Users cannot change or view their language. Changes to the user card are made by technical support or by an employee who has access to the Admin Panel. The user's language can be viewed in the Users section, by clicking on the eye icon next to the interested user in the Working area and Localization section.

Morion ID - An identifier for the archiving reason, which can be obtained from the database verification department.

Foreign Key - This column will display a foreign key. This can be used to link the information with external data.

Modified - Displays the date of the last modification of the row. The time is displayed in Greenwich Mean Time (UTC 0).

To add a new archiving reason, click on the + Add icon in the upper right corner. After clicking, a window will open where you can fill in the following fields:
