OCM

OCM module allows to sending typical messages according to templates prepared in advance by the office through different communication channels. 

The module is available when the user opens the client’s card. Under the last name field user will see the following buttons (communication channels):

  • Viber - sending messages by Viber according to preset templates. Tapping on the Viber icon will open a list of available templates.
    • In this window user can use the search bar or filter the templates by tags. Next, choose a template, preview window will be displayed.
    • When the user taps on the «Send» button, a request to send a message will be generated. To get the message sent to the client, click the synchronization button in the application.
  • Email – the ability to send message templates to the client's e-mail address. Functionally is the same as Viber communication. After clicking on Email, a list of available templates will be displayed:
    • When the user selects the needed template, the preview window will open, and a request will be generated after tapping the «Send» button. Synchronization is also required.
  • SMS. Possibility to send a preset message template to SMS. Functionally is absolutely the same as Viber communication. 
  • WhatsApp. Possibility to send a preset message template to WhatsApp messenger. Functionally is the same as Viber communication.
  • Telegram. Possibility to send a preset message template to Telegram. Functionally is the same as Viber communication.

Note: Different communication channels will display different lists of available templates. The order and number of displayed icons may vary depending on the company settings.
