Contact

This dataset is located in the left column, in the contacts section. It contains information on all available contacts. contacts will be displayed in the program for employees based on the contact's designated region of the company's and the user's region.

Upon opening the dataset, a table with the following columns will appear:

Id - this represents the contact's ID in the database. When a new row is added, this value will be generated automatically and does not need to be edited later. This value can be useful, for example, when submitting a request to technical support.

Last name - the contact's last name.

First name - the contact's first name.

Second (middle) name - the contact's middle name.

Detailed description

The contact's full name will be displayed on the user's device in the contacts section. Users will only see those contacts whose primary place of work is in the same region as indicated on the user's card.

 
 

Sex - the contact's gender.

Birth date - the contact's date of birth.

Main workplace - the company where the specified contact works. This column displays only the contact's primary place of work.

Specialization - the contact's specialization. This column displays only the contact's main specialization.

Client type - the type of contact.

Email - the contact's email address.

Phone - the contact's phone number.

Is archive? - if marked, it indicates that this is an archived contact and the reason for archiving is specified below. If marked with a cross, it indicates that this is an active contact.

Archive reason - the contact's card cannot be deleted. Instead of deleting the card, it can be moved to the archive by adding a reason for archiving.

Detailed description

The user can remove a contact from the active database by clicking on the contact's card, pressing change, and in the Archive field selecting the reason for archiving.

After saving, this contact will only be accessible after applying the "Archived contacts" filter.

 
 

Morionid - a contact identifier, which can be obtained from the database verification department.

External key – this column will display an external key. This can be used to link the row with external data.

Create date - the date the contact was created in the database. The time is displayed in Greenwich Mean Time (UTC 0).

Modified – displays the date of the last modification of the row. The time is displayed in Greenwich Mean Time (UTC 0).
 

Creating a new contact can be done in the tablet version of the program or directly in the dataset. For the latter, you need to click on the + Add icon in the upper right corner. After clicking, a window will open where you can fill in the following fields:

Id – This field is not editable; it will be automatically added when saving a new contact.

Last name- This is a mandatory field to fill in; you must specify the contact's last name.

First name - This is a mandatory field to fill in; you must specify the contact's first name.

Second (middle) name - This is an optional field; you can specify the contact's middle name.

Sex - This is an optional field; you can specify the contact's gender.

Birth date - This is an optional field; you can specify the contact's date of birth.

Main workplace - This is a mandatory field with a dropdown list. You must specify the company where the contact works. If the company is not in the database, it must be entered first, and then the contact can be added.

Specialization - This is a mandatory field with a dropdown list. You must specify the contact's specialization.

Client type - This is an optional field with a dropdown list. You can specify the type of contact.

Email - This is an optional field; you can specify the contact's email address.

Phone - This is an optional field; you can specify the contact's phone number.

Is archive? - A toggle switch. Leave it in the off position if the contact should be in the active database. Turn it on if an archiving reason is selected below and the contact should be in the archive database.

Archive reason - This is an optional field with a dropdown list. It should be specified only if the contact is to be archived.

Morionid - This is an optional numeric field. To add a Morion ID, it must be obtained from the database verification department.

External key - This is an optional field; you can enter an external key for the row.

Create date – This field is not editable; it is automatically set after adding the row.

Modified – This field is not editable; it is automatically set after any modification or addition of a row.

After entering all necessary fields, you can click Save to save the data, click Save and Add More to save the data and open a new window for filling, or Cancel if the data does not need to be saved.
